VACANCY
* Overall responsibility for the personnel and training development functions of the Asia region, providing necessary technical advice and strategic guidance management
* Contribute to the HR strategy of the Firm, taking into account its global perspective and alignment with other regions, as required
* Review HR policies and procedures
* Responsibility for employee relations functions including retention
* Ensure HR policies are implemented and communicated effectively
* Review and improve all training and development procedures
* Oversee the lawyers sitting OLQE
* Obtain relevant market information on compensation and benefits and make recommendations were appropriate
* Develop and maintain remuneration strategy and benefit packages
* Responsibility for the recruitment function
* Manage and develop the HR team and oversee all administration
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Extensive experience in HR/Training preferably gained from a professional services environment
* Experience in drafting policy and procedures
* Superb communication skills
* Strong managerial skills with the ability to influence others in a professional and concise manner
