VACANCY
* Reporting to the Managing Partners and National Director
* Increasing the quality and quantity of work across the firm's International offices, through strategic business development advice and effective business development activities
* Develop a strong understanding of the Firm's business, goals and industries they work in, in order to present a concise business strategy
* Identifying, developing and implementing market-leading business development initiatives and practices
* Representing the Firm with clients to uncover client needs and assisting fee earners with clients
* Working with the partners to build the Firm's brand and individuals' profiles in the Asian market
* Promoting the Asian office internally
* Mentoring partners to help identify and prioritise opportunities within existing and new clients
* Managing the key client program using CRM processes
* Managing the International Offices business development team
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Must have a law firm or professional services background
* Have the ability to contribute strategically to the business
* Be dynamic, pro-active and result and deadline driven and posses the confidence to challenge the partners
* The ability to gain the trust of the partners
* Knowledge of Asian and UK markets for professional services
* Key client account, project and marketing management experience
* Solid experience from a partnership environment
* Demonstrated experience in the preparation of winning tenders and proposals
* Excellent communications skills, written, oral and listening
* Be highly organised, able to manage multiple projects whilst managing a team
