Excellent opportunity has arisen at this firm's Lymington office for an administration assistant to join the facilities team. Hours of work are 8am to 4pm and you will be required:
· To provide an efficient and effective administration service to the Division
· Archive and store closed files, deeds and wills
· Deal with incoming and outgoing post
· Maintain presentability of meeting rooms including keeping them fully stocked with stationery
· Assist with Office Manager's duties and reception duties as required
. Organise catering for internal meetings and client meetings
