A highly reputable and growing law firm in Dorset is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to assist the Managing Partner in managing the firm.
The role will be very 'hands on' with responsibility for accounts, recruitment, compliance, facilities, HR and operations of the firm.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a law firm on a finance capacity, have an all round and adaptable personality, with great people management skills.
The firm offer a friendly and busy working environment with the autonomy to make the role your own.
