* Supervise a team of eight staff
* Design and implement the firm's marketing and business development plans
* Management of marketing budget
* Coaching and advising Head of Departments
* Recruitment of staff
* Researching the market and distributing knowledge
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* A deep understanding of the market
* Experience gained from a professional services environment -legal would be beneficial
* The ability to keep up to date with market knowledge
* Proven negotiation, leadership and analytical skills
* A proven track record of influencing others
* Confident, professional and forward thinking
