My client is seeking a Tenders Co-Coordinator to join the Business Development and Marketing team. The role will co-ordinate the whole of the tender process
THE JOB
* Collating and categorising all existing tenders and capability documentation ensuring an accurate and up to date database is created allowing for swift construction of draft tenders
* Liaising with teams and individuals for all information relating to potential tender opportunities as well as seeking out new opportunities
* Analysis of investment return on tenders submitted
* Taking leading role in preparation of documents and co-ordination of the process within the team
* Managing the process from start to finish and assisting in the preparation.
* Managing contracts and project administration
* Assisting with contract management post tender and liaising with lawyers to ensure regular client reviews.
There will be some liaising with other teams within Marketing and Business and Development from time to time as required.
THE CANDIDATE
* Previous knowledge within either a legal or professional services background
* Tender processing experience desired although training will be given
* Excellent project management, planning and organisation skills
* Ability to package proposals, address selling points, costs analysis
* Excellent communication skills are required, as candidates will be required to communicate regularly with Clients, Partners and Management
