Our client now advises a wide range of personalities from the world of sports and media and advise a large number of high profile international footballers, most of which are currently playing in the Premiership, as well as established Premiership football clubs and leading football agents in relation to a wide variety of matters including; player transfers, image rights, endorsement agreements, merchandising agreements, regulatory issues and sporting dispute resolution.
The media department has extensive experience in media law arising from high profile libel and content related disputes, resulting in IPS Law being ideally placed to deal promptly with issues arising for celebrities, artists, managers and sponsors.
