This is an opportunity to really make an impact in an environment where high quality work and a fascinating client base are the norm. This specialist and well-regarded IP team at this national powerhouse deals with all aspects of contentious and non-contentious IP for a broad client base.
They are currently seeking a high quality lawyer (3+ years' PQE) to join their London office with experience from a reputable IP practice to work almost exclusively on non-contentious matters. The ideal candidate will advise on the full range of non-contentious work including drafting and negotiating contracts involving the development, licensing and other exploitation of IP and technology, and advising on the IP and technology aspects of corporate transactions such as M&A, joint ventures and investment transactions.
Their current team comprises 4 Partners, 5 Associates and 4 Solicitors.
The successful candidate will also have the passion and desire to be actively involved in business development activities.
