Our client is a 'blue chip' plc and a world leader in microchip design. Much of their success is based on licensing agreements with some of the biggest names in consumer electronics and semiconductor manufacturing.
The effective negotiation of licensing agreements and the management of intellectual property, are critical activities and provide wide-ranging and challenging work for the Cambridgeshire based legal team.
An opportunity is available for a lawyer with experience and an interest in IP to join this established and very happy team. The successful candidate will undertake a varied caseload including negotiating and drafting commercial technology license agreements. An interest in the technology and sound drafting skills are essential.
The job will also involve opportunities for global travel. 
The successful candidates will demonstrate a common sense, practical approach and a willingness to work both in a team and on their own initiative.
