Join this expanding Birmingham firm as an Associate / Senior Associate and join a team of specialists who are experienced in the exploitation of intellectual property rights whether by licensing or assignment, or as part of wider commercial transactions. They are experienced in High Court and County Court proceedings, mediation and arbitration, as well as ICANN and Nominet proceedings for domain names. As a practice they have build up excellent relationships with Patent and Trademark attorneys.
This is a great role with partnership opportunities in the medium term.
