Personal Injury Legal Executive
Location: Swansea
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Legal Executive to join one of the UK top law firms. Your role will be to manage a case load of fast-track cases from inception through to completion. The caseload may include some CICA cases as well as some larger cases including disease

Responsibilities:
Conduct and manage a caseload in all respects, including taking appropriate decisions involving the exercise of judgement, subject to supervision
The level of supervision required will be in accordance with the firm’s basic system together with some further assistance in relation to major strategic decisions on cases
Skills:
Sound theoretical knowledge of the work and an ability to conduct cases from beginning to end
The job does not carry any direct supervisory responsibility, but the job holder will play an important role in the team in helping to achieve the team’s objectives
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively is essential
