You will handle both contentious and non-contentious matters and be providing advice to international and domestic insurers and reinsurers including:
Liability and coverage issues
The investigation and defence of property
Casualty
Speciality marine and reinsurance claims
Corporate issues
Commercial issues
Regulatory issues
Full training will be provided and so no experience necessary although previous exposure to professional indemnity and commercial insurance would be advantageous.
