This top 50 insurance litigation and commercial firm has a great team of nearly 40 fee earners across the Manchester and Liverpool offices and is looking for a further two solicitors or fee earners with experience in this area.
Motor fraud inevitably makes up a fair proportion of the work, but gone is the caseload made up entirely of low speed impact cases - they don't really deal with this type of claim - and in comes the caseload which is a mix of motor related matters, together with some involvement in organised crime rings, with a bit of household insurance and property insurance fraud thrown in for good measure.
