Successful City Costs firm are looking to recruit a Costs Draftsman with several years of experience. This is an exciting new and rare opportunity to set up and run a new office in London and work with an established client base of well over 100 firms.
You will predominantly deal with Claimant PI costs matters. Once the new office is up and running, you will be expected to manage a team of Costs Draftsmen. You will be involved in all aspects of running the new office, including managing workflow, establishing new business, maintaining existing client relationships, recruitment and training of new Draftsmen, office administration etc.
You need to have excellent drafting and advocacy skills together with the ability to identify and progress business development opportunities, and establishing strong client relationships at all levels. Additionally, you must be enthusiastic, motivated and keen to make the new office a success. Salary on offer circa £60,000 - may be negotiable for right candidate.
