Due to continued expansion my client are currently looking to recruit an additional Legal Costs Draftman to cover all areas of insurance litigation in particularly disease claims.
The main focus of your role will be to draft bills and recover costs, drafting points of dispute and replies, cost negotiations and detailed assessment hearings.
