Insurance Construction Solicitor - NQ +

This is an opportunity to join the Construction team who have a solid up to date knowledge of the construction industry and who handle cases involving claims made against construction professionals, contractors, sub-contractors, employers and developers.
They are currently looking to recruit an additional Solicitor for the team, from a Newly Qualified Solicitor upwards. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a basic understanding of all aspects of Insurance law, along with an understanding of building contracts and contractual disputes. Adjudication and Arbitration as well as litigation in the TCC would also be an advantage.
