Major work areas include high net worth client advice, private client litigation, tax and trust, charities, international tax, financial services, corporate, banking support, pharmaceutical, insurance litigation, international fraud, aviation, investment property, construction retail property, planning and development.

Due to continued growth they now have an opportunity for a Solicitor 3 - 4 year's pqe to join the Commercial Dispute resolution team.
The role will involve acting for Insurance clients primarily defending professional indemnity disputes.
In addition, the role holder will be expected to play a full role as a member of the Commercial Dispute Resolution Practice Group in all aspects of work including fee-earning, business development, continuing education and development and supporting the development of other Fee Earners.
