My client is a very successful and progressive legal practice with a well established track record. They place a high value on developing personal relationships with their clients and taking a proactive approach to their legal requirements.
Of growing regional and national influence, the firm has an on-going acquisitions and expansion policy, and has recently extended its geographical coverage. They also benefit from a strategic location close to the City of London and Stansted Airport with fast connections to the M25, the Midlands and East Anglia.
They provide a broad spectrum of legal services to both private and commercial clients from their six offices, which are located across Essex, Cambridge and Herts. The firm has 22 partners, 69 additional fee earners and over 200 employees.
They now have a vacancy in their Personal Injury team for an experienced (2-4 years PQE) defendant-based personal injury solicitor. The team currently consists of a partner and four additional solicitors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defendant-based personal injury work and poses excellent academics. In return you can expect a market-leading salary, plus a superb benefits package including 3% contributory pension, 25 days holiday, and critical illness cover.
