Our client is a specialist financial services provider with a need for a Legal Counsel to join this thriving business. Working alongside the senior management and compliance team you will be involved in the both corporate and commercial work including merges and acquisitions, developing and advising on internal corporate governance procedures, commercial litigation and commercial contract negotiation and drafting.
