Motor Personal Injury Claims Handler Salary: £17,500 - £27,500 (Dependant on Experience Location: Hampshire A leading Insurer is seeking a Motor Personal Injury Claims handler to join their expanding organisation and thriving Personal Injury team. You will be required to proactively manage a portfolio of Motor Personal Injury claims whilst delivering a customer claim service focussed on delivering quality, to support the achievement of departmental goals and objectives. Responsibilities Effectively manage each claim, ensuring good service and prompt and efficient settlements Investigate and negotiate claims settlement within authority limits and governance guidelines Proactively manage own caseload and work as part of team to ensure personal and team objectives are met Review claims and identify any potentially fraudulent information Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders Willingness to support other members of the team and provide technical guidance where necessary Skills Experience of working within a technical claims environment handling RTA Personal Injury claims Strong understanding of legislation and legal liability Good case management and workload management skills Contributes to a supportive and positive team culture Committed to working in an environment of continuous improvement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
