TOP LAW FIRM SEEKING A COSTS DRAFTSMAN TO JOIN THEIR TEAM Circa £40,000 + excellent benefits package Leading law firm seeking to recruit an experienced Costs Draftsman to join their Southampton office to handle predominantly Defendant costs matters. You will handle high value claims covering all areas of PI, including some Catastrophic Injury. Work will include evaluating costs, conducting negotiations, drafting Points of Dispute and Replies, and attending Detailed Assessment Hearings, where necessary. You must have a good technical knowledge of costs and be able to handle matters from 'cradle to grave' in order to be successful. You will also be an excellent team player who can also work on your own initiative.
