EL/PL Fee Earners wanted for varied and challenging detective work with leading Insurance Litigation practice. A forensic and analytical approach is required for this role as the team sift through evidence and identify the tracks of the fraudster. Salary dependent on experience, benefits package is in our opinion one of the best in the region. Our client acts for some of the leading UK insurers and public bodies. Maintaining a focus on litigated matters, an increasing proportion of our client's business now involves claims pre-proceedings and counter fraud advice and consultancy. Due to a steady increase in the demand for services our client is seeking to appoint a further member to their Specialist EL/PL Fraud Team. Working closely with clients such as Local Authorities and Insurers the successful applicant will manage a caseload of suspected fraudulent claims identifying patterns and analysing all aspects of the claim. This is varied, rewarding work in a close team environment. Lateral thinkers, EL/PL Fee Earners who think out of the box and follow their nose are the kind of people who would succeed in this role but can you demonstrate it and show it in writing?
