MULTI TRACK FEE EARNER INSURANCE LITIGATION This professional and driven legal firm work on behalf of a multitude of clients on a range of different matters. A Multi Track Fee Earner is required to work closely with one of the senior Large Loss Fee Earners on non-delegated Employers Liability, Public Liability and motor cases with values of £250,000 and above. Much of the work will be relatively straightforward and require you to work with little or no supervision, however there will be the opportunity to become involved with some high value, more complex cases and in these circumstances expert training and supervision will always be given. Core responsibilities will include but by no means be limited to proposing appropriate strategies, tactics and reserves, delegating tasks, telephone negotiations, undertaking court hearings and pursuing conclusions as swiftly as possible. Candidates need to be technically proficient in dealing with multi track cases with sufficient experience to work unsupervised on personal injury employers liability, public liability and motor cases.
