Our client is looking to recruit a newly qualified claimant personal injury solicitor to join this rapidly expanding team. The main focus of the role will be directed towards RTA matters and candidates must have gained strong experience in handling RTA files. You must be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the CPR and the Personal Injury Protocols. The role will also involve responsibility for the supervision of more junior fee earners in the team and whilst prior experience of supervision is not necessary an ability to motivate and manage others is required. Candidates must also be able to work to strict deadlines and to work in a demanding and fast paced environment. Competitive salary and genuine prospects.
