REINSURANCE SOLICITOR
Our client's reinsurance lawyers advise both re-insurers and the reinsured. They advise on all aspects of reinsurance related disputes: policy drafting and interpretation including the complexities of policy conditions, coverage, wording, disputes, multiple jurisdictions and worldwide claims.
They have over 25 years' experience in reinsurance law. Their reinsurance lawyers operate from an office in the heart of the London insurance market. Their clients operate in the Lloyd's market, Bermuda, the international insurance market, and the London market. They are companies, brokers, syndicates and agents.
Our client is currently looking to develop their existing team with an additional solicitor.
Appropriate applicants will have experience of:
· Property and energy facultative reinsurance disputes.
· Event and aggregation related matters · Treaty recovery issues
· Dealing with complex jurisdictional and substantive issues
