LONDON: Well respected Law firm seeks an experienced Costs Draftsperson to join their expanding firm.
You will need to have experience of working in insurance litigation including personal injury and disease. Managing your own caseload of high value claims covering a variety of areas but predominantly disease costs. You will be drafting bills and recovering costs, drafting points of dispute and replies, negotiating costs, negotiating costs and attending detailed assessment hearings.
