Our client is one of the leading Defendant Insurance Litigation practices in the Uk. They are currently have a job vacancy in their London office for a solicitor with 3 to 5 years PQE to join their team which specialises in all types of non-personal injury insurance related disputes such as material damage, policy coverage and business interruption.
This position is due to expansion of work relating specifically to complex/high value property fraud claims, typically involving arson, staged theft and other deliberate damage.
The successful candidate will be acting for a broad range of insurers, you will have a strong background in property insurance disputes, preferably with experience of fraud and policy coverage. Applicants must be interested in a varied and challenging role with the necessary forensic skills and aptitude for defending fraudulent property claims.
