Solicitor - Occupational Illness Department
Location: Cardiff
Salary: £20,000 - £40,000
Our client is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive to manage a split caseload of personal injury and occupational claims. Your key role will be to assist with the supervision, monitoring and development of the junior members of the Occupational Illness Team.
Responsibilities:
Handle a case load of personal injury and Occupational Illness claims
Provide support and mentoring sessions to junior members of the team
Ability to sight opportunities for business development as and when they arise
Skills:
Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive OR at least 5 years experience of personal injury claims in either insurer or solicitor environment
In depth knowledge of occupational illness liability and quantum issues and willingness to keep up to date with legal developments
Computer Literate
Good organisational skills
Effective people skills good mentoring and training skills
