This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Executive or Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a team of Personal Injury Specialists. You will be required to profitably manage a caseload of personal injury claims.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with the supervision, monitoring and development of the junior members of the Personal Injury Unit
Deal with a range of Personal Injury cases
Claims from Inception through to Settlement
Skills:
Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive
Our client will also look at candidates with at least 5 years Personal Injury experience from either an Insurance organisation or legal background
Good knowledge of personal injury liability and quantum issues
Computer Literate
