Job Description

This is certainly a growth area for law firms at the moment and if you already have some insurance litigation experience you could do no worse than moving to this large commercial law firm. Our client has a large team of solicitors and paralegals who deal with commercial litigation claims for household name insurer clients. You should have gained extensive experience of subrogated claims and be confident leading a small team and managing more junior solicitors and non-qualified staff. You will be responsible for your own caseload including large value and more complex cases as well as actively participating in marketing and business development initiatives. The firm have a case management system so previous experience of working in this way would be useful. Great career development opportunities for the right candidate.
