RTA Liability Claims Officer
Location: Bristol
Salary: up to £40,000 D.O.E
One of the top Insurance Organisations in the UK has several vacancies within its newly formed Liability investigations team. Our client requires candidates with experience of RTA Liability Claims investigation. We are seeking Insurance and Legal professionals with a variety of experience from junior level claim handlers to senior claims handlers.
Responsibilities:
Investigate RTA liability claims
Carry out desktop investigation of claims where appropriate to obtain quantum and liability information in order to make appropriate policy and legal liability decisions
Obtain evidence to support conclusions reached following investigations
Gather evidence assisting claims handling centres in correctly reserving and settling claims on the correct basis
To obtain evidence to support conclusions reached following investigations
Ability to take and record detailed witness reports
Complete effective policy liability, legal liability and quantum assessment investigations resulting in speedy resolution of Personal Injury RTA Cases
Skills:
Our clients will look at candidates from Police background looking to enter the Insurance Industry
Knowledge of Personal Injury Claims
Ability to work fast-track and multi-track claims
Good communication skills
Computer Literate
Knowledge of Civil Law
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good report writing skills
