Highly rated Professional negligence team that works with national insurance clients, principally defending a variety of different professionals seek a high calibre solicitor to join their expanding Bristol team. You are either a specialist indemnity lawyer or a commercial litigator looking to specialise in professional indemnity. The successful candidate will be able to work on a current caseload which will include instructions received from major insurers underwriting solicitors' claims as well as an increasing number of claims against accountants, financial advisers, construction professionals, marine surveyors and IT consultants. The successful candidate will have good experience in professional negligence or commercial litigation ideally from a city or large regional firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the South West's leading specialists in negligence work as well as join a team where national quality work is key to our continuing success. Four of their partners are recognised in chambers as leaders in their field.
