Our client is well respected Personal Injury Legal Practice that currently has an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with a background in Insurance to join their expanding organisation.
Responsibilities:
Running own caseload of fast track and multi-track
Employers/Public liability claims including exposure industrial disease cases
Current position includes all aspects of civil litigation and building relationships with corporate clients
Primarily working on specialised panels for large corporate clients
Carrying out investigations into liability and quantum
Obtaining medical evidence and assessing quantum
Strategy assessment and costs negotiation
Skills:
3 years PQE would be beneficial
Ability to supervise others while maintaining own caseload
Excellent Communication skills
