Litigation Executive Personal Injury
Location: Bristol
Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 + Benefits
Due to the progressive nature of our client within the Personal Injury Market, we are now recruiting for a Personal Injury Executive to work a caseload of RTA Fast-Track and some Multi track cases, EL and PL.
Benefits include free parking, Gym Membership, Pension, Health Care, 26 days holiday not including bank holidays and an excellent Bonus structure.
Responsibilities:
Manage a Caseload of Claimant Personal Injury Claims using a case management system
Work files from inception through to completion
Deal with Litigated cases
Provide support and act as a technical reference point for less experienced staff
Skill:
Previous Personal Injury experience is essential
Working towards ILEX qualification would be beneficial however not essential
Ability to work a caseload of Personal Injury claims without to much supervision
Background in either claimant or defendant claims
