Personal Injury Executive
Location: Bristol
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + benefits
A fantastic opportunity for a Legal Executive / Solicitor who specialises within Personal Injury Claims to join one of Bristol top claimant legal practices. This role entails managing a full caseload of fast track and multi track cases from inception through to completion.
Responsibilities:
Required to deal with RTA, Employers Liability and some CICA cases but will also include a number of larger cases including disease
You will be expected to conduct and manage your caseload in all respects, including taking decisions in all day to day matters arising, involving considerable exercise of judgement
Carry out work on other team members’ cases as required
Play an important role in the team in helping to achieve the team’s objectives
Skills:
Defendant claims handlers will be considered for this role
Requires a sound theoretical knowledge of the work and an ability to conduct cases from beginning to end
2 years experience of dealing with claims would be beneficial
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively is essential
