This leading Clinical Risk practice group provides the NHS, professional medical bodies and insurance companies with practical solutions and support on all aspects of clinical negligence claims including inquiries, inquests, disciplinary proceedings and medico-legal issues. Within this role you will handle a varied workload in accordance with client protocols with an appropriate level of supervision within their Health Care team. You will act as a point of contact for clients, whilst demonstrating a level of knowledge and skill commensurate with your experience. The successful candidate will be a newly or recently qualified solicitor with a demonstrable interest or previous experience in the practice area.
