Job Description

The Client: Well-respected Legal 500 firm with branches across the country seeks proactive, assertive and logical candidate to join an expanding team working within Professional Indemnity/Negligence and Commercial Fraud. The Role: You will be managing your own caseload of defendant matters on behalf of insurers for a wide range of sectors. The exact nature of cases Will vary depending on your previous experience, but you will be expected to have already dealt with Professional Indemnity cases, including Insurance Litigation. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate technical competence and enjoy taking an active role in the firm's continuing business development, using a wide range of communication skills to attract and retain clients.
