This is an opening for a Legal Executive or Paralegal or Legal Executive from a defendant PI background to become a lawyer in this interesting and specialist area that can also become a lucrative area of practice. You will use your keen analytical skills to investigate cases referred to you by other fee earners who suspect irregularities in the claims they are defending. You'll undertake diligent factual analysis against the backdrop of CPR time limits and probe deeply into any suspicious facets of the claim.
This is an opportunity at a progressive L500 with the insurance section deeply underpinning the firms inroads into the top 100 firms in the UK. You will be assisting the inexorable shift towards increased market share, and be placed to receive ample rewards as a result.
