This PI stalwart has an urgent, yet ongoing, need to strengthen it's prestigious PI practice.If you are a Legal Executive (or part-qualified Legal Executive) that is looking to step up to the next level this firm will welcome you on board and enable you to work autonomously and with minimum interference. The firm is open to the experience you have, whether it is on the claimant or defendant side.
Due to the expertise the firm provides, many high-value claims end up on the desks of this firm's lawyers. Resultantly, you will be handling a larger proportion of multi-track claims than you could find at this firm's bedfellows.
As the firm has impressive expansion plans, supported by a robust, fireproof business plan, there may well be opportunities for you to work up the ranks if you wish. The firm is towards the meritocratic side of the continuum and Associates with a Legal Executive background are not uncommon. It will be interesting to view the impact the Legal Services Act will have when it starts to bite.
