Liverpool based Law firm are looking for a Team Manager to join their Motor Claims Department.
Salary £23 - 33k
Based in their impressive offices close to great commuter links, the Motor Claims Department is made up of claims team leaders and experienced and trainee claims handlers.
The primary functions of this role are to manage and motivate the Motor Claims teams, to maintain quality standards and to work with other department managers within the firm to continue to develop and improve the services provided.
Requirements
Technical experience of Motor Claims Handling
Strong IT skills, knowledge and experience
Substantial experience managing a number of employees at varying levels
HR, appraisal and review experience
Strong track record of building client relationships and providing excellent service
Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
Experience and ability to motivate and influence people
