Highly reputable national practice has an opportunity for experienced insurance fraud and personal injury litigators within this expanding department based in Greater Manchester
Insurance fraud work has been an area of law that has seen significant expansion over the last 10 years and our client is seen as being at the forefront of handling this type of litigation. They are currently looking for Solicitors to handle their own caseloads of insurance fraud work and you will need to be able to demonstrate significant experience handling a litigated caseload and an understanding of how fraudulent claims are handled.
