An award winning Yorkshire firm require an experienced lawyer, with a proven track record of attracting insolvency work to build up the insolvency practice. The successful candidate will have undertaken a broad range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency and corporate restructuring work, and will be familiar with formal insolvency regimes.
