Insolvency lawyer - Contentious-£40k-£45k-West Sussex
Our client is a well respected regional Sussex Law firm with a vacancy for a Contentious Insolvency Lawyer.
Our clients Recovery and Insolvency department is well know for its work with Insolvency Practitioners and Commercial clients. They are currently looking for a solicitor with UK qualifications of at least 3 years recent relevant experience of insolvency and good commercial litigation skills to join this busy specialist department.
The work involves predominantly contentious insolvency litigation and requires skills in investigation and perseverance. You will also work closely with the debt recovery department and corporate clients advising on issues arising out of commercial transactions, sales and restructuring of businesses.
