Extremely impressive team who are renowned for their efficient and very thorough approach seek a 4+ pqe to join their successful Corporate Recovery and Restructuring department. This is an excellent time to consider your options and this is one that stands head and shoulders above the rest. You will handle issues for a range of clients including insolvency practitioners, banks, creditors and accountancy practices. Joining a close-knit team, you will play a part in team marketing initiatives and your energy and creativity will be prized in this rewarding environment. The role would suit a 3+ pqe candidate with a general insolvency or litigation background within a recognised practice. You will have previously undertaken a broad range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency and corporate restructuring work including administrations and liquidations. The team currently undertakes a good mix of domestic and cross-jurisdictional instructions from an extensive client base. You will have a strong commercial focus, an eye for detail and enjoy using your honed analytical skills to problem solve. You will receive fantastic exposure in a friendly and supportive environment.
