Calling all insolvency solicitors! Fantastic role for a leading East Midlands team.

My client is a leading mid-sized firm with a highly rated insolvency team. The team is rapidly growing and as such they require a further qualified solicitor capable of handling a busy insolvency caseload. Handling both contentious and non contentious matters you will be a key appointment.

You will assist and advise insolvency practitioners, companies and individuals handling:

Corporate recovery and restructuring

Administrations

Liquidation

Bankruptcy

Company, individual and partnership voluntary arrangements

Business acquisitions

You will be handling varied and stimulating stimulating work in this relaxed and friendly but professional and progressive environment.
