High flying West Midlands firm seeks ambitious insolvency litigator to join their renowned team. Our client is a L500 commercial firm and one of the leading players outside Birmingham. Their success has been built largely on blending home grown talent with recruiting top lawyers from national and international law firms in line with their ambitious plans for growth. Our client is rightly lauded as a law firm of outstanding quality. The firm's burgeoning insolvency and restructuring unit manages both corporate and personal insolvency work. In view of recent market trends, the firm has seen an upswell in work and they now seek to strengthen the team with the recruitment of a bright, motivated litigator with 2 years pqe+ or equivalent. Handling high quality contentious and non-contentious matters, this partner led team already acts for a wide cross-section of clients including corporates, banks and financial institutions, occupiers, directors and executives. You will ideally have at least 2 years insolvency experience gained with a recognised commercial firm, although more experienced solicitors or associates seeking a fresh challenge would certainly be of interest.
