If you are a legal executive with experience gained in private practice of managing a contentious insolvency caseload, this firm is keen to hear from you. Highly-ranked nationally for all of its commercial services in leading directories, you can be assured of joining a prestigious team and the opportunity to handle instructions on behalf of a veritable raft of blue chip clients. Your daily staple will include the following matters: Contested winding up petitions Disputes arising out of the priority of securities and challenges to registration Directors' disqualification proceedings and improper trading Retention of title disputes Professional negligence claims Property ownership disputes Pursuing debts owed by insolvent companies Multi-jurisdictional insolvency matters The quality and complexity of work offered here is at least as good as many of the larger practices in Birmingham and beyond but this practice is small enough for your individual contribution to be apparent.
