This busy team has a great deal of expertise in all areas of personal and corporate insolvency. Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an assistant solicitor to work closely with 2 experienced solicitors advising on issues relating to liquidations, receiverships, administrations and company voluntary arrangements.
There will also be scope to get involved in matters relating to directors disqualification etc.
With at least one year's solid grounding in insolvency related matters, you will be keen to work closely with clients and benefit from the guidance of the more experienced members of the team.
