INSOLVENCY PARTNER, WITH A FOLLOWING - SURREY £80k - £100k The Insolvency Group of this award winning firm are currently looking for a Partner to join. With the credit crunch and general pessimism surrounding the economic markets, this firm have seen a rise in the number of insolvency-related asset sales handled by the Group's corporate team, all aspects of recovery work and the number of technical insolvency issues (including advising on multiple company liquidations, inter-company debt assignment/write-downs and mutual set-off).
