Our client is one of the top 50 law firms with five offices in the UK. They are currently recruiting for an Insolvency Solicitor to join the tea in Guildford.
Their Recovery and Insolvency department is well know for its work with Insolvency Practitioners and Commercial clients.
The Insolvency team acts on behalf of Insolvency Practioners, SME's, FTSE listed companies, commercial landlords, company directors and banks etc. Whilst also working alongside the Corporate finance group with regard to reconstruction and refinancing of companies.
They currently have a vacancy for a solicitor with at least one years recent relevant experience of insolvency and/or good commercial litigation skills to join this busy specialist department.
